Stoomy Steam is a mobile upholstery steam cleaning service in Greater Los Angeles. This policy covers the website stoomysteam.com.
What we collect
When you send a booking request, we collect:
- your name and phone number;
- your email address, if you give it;
- your service address and service area;
- the items you choose and your total;
- your preferred date and arrival time;
- any notes you add — for example pets, stains, parking or a gate code.
If you text, call or WhatsApp us, we also have what you send us there.
Why we collect it
Only to schedule and carry out your cleaning, and to contact you about that booking — for example, to confirm your time and address.
How it is handled
- Your booking request is sent by email to Stoomy Steam's business inbox (Gmail) through Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website.
- We keep a customer record — name, phone, email, address and a short line for each booking — in Square, the business tool we use for our customers.
- Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and to protect the booking form from abuse.
- Your cart, the date and time you pick and your service area are saved only in your own browser (local storage), so they are still there when you come back. Your name, phone, address, email and notes are not saved in your browser. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing. It goes only to the services named above, which help us handle your booking.
Cookies, tracking and Do Not Track
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Because we don't track you across sites, every visit is treated the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
